Refund Policy If any products you purchase from Elegant Dog are found to be damaged, we will either replace those products with another of the same item, or refund the original purchase price for that item. All refund claims must be made to Elegant Dog via email within 14 days of purchase. We reserve the right to refuse a replacement or refund.
